The conference is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractice. All authors submitting their work to the conference declare that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
Duties of Authors
Authors are expected to adhere to the following ethical standards:
Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. Proper citation and acknowledgment of others’ work must be provided. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
Multiple or Concurrent Submission: Submitting the same manuscript to more than one conference or journal simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
Data Integrity: Authors should present accurate data and results. Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is considered unethical.
Authorship of Paper: Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research. All co-authors must approve the final version of the paper.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their work.
Duties of Reviewers
Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents.
Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively, without personal criticism of the author.
Acknowledgment of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
Duties of the Conference Committee / Editors
Fair Evaluation: Papers will be evaluated based on their intellectual content without discrimination of race, gender, religion, or nationality.
Confidentiality: Editors and committee members must not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and publisher.
Publication Decisions
The decision to accept or reject a paper is based on its originality, clarity, relevance, and significance.
Ethical Oversight
The conference ensures ethical oversight in the following areas:
- Human and animal research (if applicable)
- Data privacy and consent
- Avoidance of plagiarism and redundant publication
Handling of Misconduct
In case of suspected or proven misconduct:
- The manuscript may be rejected immediately
- Already published papers may be withdrawn
- Authors may be banned from future submissions
- The issue may be reported to affiliated institutions
Plagiarism Policy
All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. Papers with high similarity (beyond acceptable limits) will be rejected without review.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors must ensure that their submission does not infringe any copyright. Upon acceptance, authors may be required to transfer copyright or provide publication rights to the conference organizers.
